Flour & Friends was created with a simple belief: a bakery can be more than a place to grab a coffee — it can be a space where people feel welcome, supported, and connected. Owner Jennifer Auger opened the doors with a commitment to high-quality, handcrafted baked goods and a mission to serve the community that surrounds them.
Every croissant, cookie, and cup of coffee is made with care, but the heart of Flour & Friends goes far beyond what’s on the menu. The café provides meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities and young adults who simply need someone to give them a chance. It’s a place to learn job skills, build confidence, and experience belonging — all while serving the neighborhood with warmth and hospitality.

Lite Bites
Beverages
Your sip-of-choice is waiting. We serve smooth brewed coffee, hot and iced espresso drinks, chai and matcha, hot chocolate, bubble teas, smoothies, flavored lemonades, fruit teas, and classic sodas. Whether you need cozy or caffeinated — we’ve got you.
Pastries
Flaky, buttery, and baked fresh every morning. You’ll regularly find almond, chocolate, strawberry cream cheese, and apple pie croissants alongside cherry, blueberry cream cheese, and peach danishes. They disappear fast — we consider that a compliment.
Cake Slices & Cake Cups
Little slices of joy. Enjoy flavors like pistachio, lemon, Oreo, chocolate raspberry, coconut, and classic chocolate. (Our coconut cake even earned a shout-out from the Star Tribune — it’s kind of a celebrity.)
Muffins
Soft, cozy, and perfect with a cup of coffee. Our rotating lineup includes strawberry, cherry, peach, blueberry, lemon poppyseed, and double chocolate. We keep at least four flavors ready to brighten your day.
Cookies & Bars
Treats that never judge you for ordering “just one more.” Choose from chocolate chip, coconut chocolate chip, peanut butter, gluten-free chocolate chip, gluten-free scotcheroos, brownies, millionaire bars, and lemon bars.
